help or offer help or form teams to run some network service.

I may subscribe you to a low-volume mailing list to tell you about
such events.  If it becomes obvious you're trashing that mail without
reading it, or you stop using your account for many months without
notice, I may freeze or remove your account.

You should create a file in your home directory named ".contact"
containing instructions for reaching you in the event your
email goes bad.
