[Announce-DAN] another activist questioned by Golden cops

Golden police showed up at David Kovsky's (a Boulder
activist)house, in Boulder to question him about the
Kohl's incident in Golden.
Dave was present at the protest of the opening of
Kohl's in Golden but was not present at the protest
where the Santa's were.
The police attempted to intimidate by telling Dave
untrue facts.
They also told Dave that they are collecting evidence
for a GRAND JURY!

CAN SOMEONE FROM COPWATCH, OR AN ATTORNEY, OR ANYONE
TELL THIS E-LIST WHAT TO DO IF THE COPS SHOW UP AT
YOUR HOUSE? 
I know that unless they have a warrant, do not let
them in your house.
Also, unless you are being detained, you do not have
remain in the presence of the cops, let alone answer
any questions.
