[CUGreens] Instant Runoff Meeting

There will be a planning and informational meeting regarding an upcoming
Instant Runoff Voting initiative this Thursday (12/7) at 7pm in Hellems 245.
This is something our group may want to be a part of next semester and
in the future.

Based on our turnout at last week's meeting, I'm assuming nobody will have the
energy to meet right before finals.  I'll reserve a room for next semester,
