It is from a friend in D.F. who goes to UNAM.

"The meeting is the Economical World Meeting in
México, the IMF, and all that organziations are in the
meeting, the date is 26th of feburary in Cancún,
Quintana Roo, México, and one more for that days,
Sub-Marco you know the portavoice of the Zapatista
movement in the conference with the press,  says they
come to the city in February, the zapatista comandance
and him, so  that month are very hard, when I have a
date confirmate about Marcos I send  to you, the
meeting in Cancún is sure the tv, radio and papers in
México confirm that date and place that weekend,
because the new president Fox is interested in that
meeting,  isn´t a  "surprise", Fox is an imperialistic
  president, a moralist, the first action like 
president  is go to the Basilica, the most
representative church in the city and he pray for the
poor of México and for his family, a joke, we are very
angry about that
and we laugh because that is a great joke, well Jill,
sorry but this new president is a great success in the
country, don´t let write and a great kiss, for the new
country of the boots and the new great democratic tv
farse."
