Yesterday I got in the mail a letter from Amnesty International asking me to
join (I'm already a member, their databases aren't that straight yet!). I
suspect many of you got, or will get an identical bulk mail letter. Please
read below before you throw that away (whether you are or plan to become
members of AI or not).

In it there is a "Message of Hope" card that they ask you to sign and return
to them so they can send it to a political prisoner. I suggest that you sign
it and send it directly to Leonard Peltier. It is simple, it is easy and it
will make a difference to a man who has spent the last 25 years behind bars.
His address is at the bottom of Kathy's message.
