Electors again

Okay, the state changed the rules on us and now says we need notarized 
letters from the electors that they accept being an elector.

If you are an elector and Ralph Nader wins Colorado (beats Gush and Bore), 
then you go to the electoral college next January and vote for him. If 
Ralph doesn't win Colorado, you don't do anything.

So we need these letters by next Wednesday. We turn them in on Friday. We 
won't wait till Friday because that doesn't give us the time to get one for 
someone local and we won't take the change of not getting Ralph and Winona 
on the ballot.

We need a simple letter saying that "I, Joe Schmoe agree to be an elector 
for Ralph Nader and the Green Party of Colorado". Ideally this should be on 
letterhead, but it doesn't have to be. Add your address, and then sign with 
a Notary Public.
