Is the offer by Stacy and Doug still on the table. Since we haven't heard 
from them lately I'd like to know if the're up to it at this time. 

Hey Doug and Stacy, no poblem if you can't hold the meeting in Breckenridge, 
just let Art know. If it's still on for Breckenridge the dates proposed by 
Art are fine with Marguerite and myself.
