This is the "contact" page of the CPD's (Commission On Presidential Debates)
website.

If you feel that Nader and Buchanan deserve to be included in the debates
(as 64% of Americans do, according to one Fox poll), then write to them.
SOME INFORMATION YOU MAY WANT TO USE:
The CPD has raised the minimum quota to 15% in the polls for candidates to
join in the debates. This criterion is new for this election.
When Ross Perot was included in the debates, 12 million more people
watched
than in the previous presidential debates. In the following election,
there
were no third-party candidates and the number of viewers dropped back down
to
around 4 million.
Perot had less than 15% at the time of those debates.
Candidates need only 5% of the popular vote in the actual election to gain
access to federal campaign funds.
Jesse Ventura was well below 15% before the Minnesota Gubernatorial
debates
began.
64% of those polled want Buchanan and Nader in the debates, 73% believed
that the debates would be "more interesting" were these two candidates
allowed
to participate.

Thanks for taking the time to do this!
