Voter Registration Form Page
This is an interactive form; you can fill out the requested information on the form after it loads then print it. Or you can print both pages of the form, fill it out manually. Then mail the form in to the address for your county clerk (listed on the second page).
To request an absentee ballot, a form is available making this even easier! Download this form (pdf), print it out, fill it out, and mail it in (County Clerks' addresses included on second page).
