2. TITLE:
Claire Ryder on the Green National Committee

3. FULL PROPOSAL:
The recent adoption of Proposal 295 by the Green National Committee has increased the number Of Colorado delegates from 2 to 3. Claire Ryder has volunteered to fill this position.

4. BACKGROUND:
After publishing a request for volunteers on the Green discussion list, Claire Ryder was the only respondent.

5. Justification/Goals:
We should fill this position in a timely manner. Since Claire was the only volunteer I am proposing we decide on this matter.

6. Pros:
Filling all of our positions on the Green National Committee gives us a representative voice in decisions.

Cons:
I can't think of any negative results in adopting this proposal.
