PROPOSAL SUBJECT: Brad Klafehn be appointed Treasurer to complete the term of Kate Ellis

FULL PROPOSAL:
Due to personal problems that she could not foresee when she accepted the job, Kate Ellis has resigned from being GPCO treasurer. As a result, Brad Klafehn has agreed to resume the office of treasurer. There have been no other nominations for this vacated position.

The GPCO Bylaws state in Section 5.8: "If a Green Party of Colorado officer's position is vacated in between official state meetings, the Council may make a temporary appointment until the next State meeting under consultation with each local."
