Host Don Fitz and Missouri Green Party nominee Mary Ann McGivern discuss attempts by the Secretary of State to keep her and Frank Eller off the ballot and efforts to exclude Ralph Nader from the Presidential debates. Sr. McGivern explains her concerns with the death penalty, and how the Attorney General can take a proactive role concerning finance companies which prey on social security recipients, the sales tax on food, and protection of Missouri's environment from chip mills and lead mining.
